HLI provides in-service virtual and in-class trainings, Mentorship and Coaching to Health Care Workers (HCWs) for delivery of Quality Health and HIV services. We do capacity building to;
1. Laboratory and Non-Laboratory HCWs toensure the accuracy, reliability and timeliness of reported test results
2. HCWs to implement Quality Improvement projects for health.
